What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The information we request upon registration is used for the performance of the service for which registration is being made.

Any processing of personal data will be carried out according to the principles of necessity, correctness, lawfulness and transparency.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, code regarding the protection of personal data and its subsequent amendments and additions, the information is provided only for the website and is intended for all subjects who interact with the pages web site itself, especially to those who register there.

The user’s personal data will be processed for purposes related to the provision of the requested services and the execution of the related contractual obligations, including the purchase of products online, the management of the order, the management of the verification and in-depth analysis of reports, complaints and contentions, execution of contractual obligations, fulfillment of administrative-accounting duties, as well as for the possible sending of newsletters. The data provided will be collected in computerized and non-computer archives and processed exclusively for the purposes illustrated above and to fulfill all legal obligations.


If you have an account and log in to this site, a temporary cookie will be set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.

When you log in, several cookies will be set to save your login information. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Other cookies will be used for statistical purposes on site traffic, data that will not be stored beyond 30 days from their creation as they are managed with automatic cancellation by the platforms and plugins that create and detect them.


At the moment this site does not use any code relating to the Google Analytics service. The statistics on the positioning of the contents and on the relationship between views on the search results pages (SERP) and consequent clicks are managed by the Google Search Console without detecting any data on users.

Your data is not shared with anyone, and kept only for the period strictly necessary to maintain communication according to your requests.

How long do we keep your data

If you leave a review, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This is how we can automatically recognize and approve any subsequent comments instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except their username which they cannot change). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

What rights do you have on your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive a file exported from the site with the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete all personal data concerning you. This does not include any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
The interested party retains the full availability of their personal data: the main privacy rights are provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, transcribed below:

3) The interested party has the right to obtain:
to. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the

Furthermore, access to the site database is protected by firewalls and other systems designed to prevent violations and unauthorized access.

From which third parties we receive data

We do not receive any other data from third parties, nor do we pass it on to third parties.

What automated decision making and / or profiling we do with user data

None of your data is used for profiling or automation processes, except for sending updates about the contents of the site, and only at your request (can be canceled at any time). The communications sent periodically via newsletters to registered users are transmitted manually, while the data collected during the statistical survey of the traffic on the site are promptly removed after a period of 30 days.

All personal data is handled by us in accordance with applicable laws, with the full freedom of users to request details on the data stored and their use, and immediate removal if desired.
